Our Mission

Our mission is to directly assist individuals in crisis with trauma-informed assessments and connect them to accessible, affordable treatment options.

Our Vision

We aim to relieve the burden on law enforcement and community resources by providing a safe, supportive path for those suffering from mental health crises, addiction, co-occurring disorders, or housing instability.

How You Can Help

Help by donating, volunteering, or advocating for community recovery efforts. Donations provide essential resources while volunteering significantly impacts local programs. Advocacy raises awareness and supports beneficial policy changes.

Who We Are

With support from the Tennessee Opioid Abatement Council, the Marshall County Recovery Foundation proudly established the SHIELD program to offer immediate assistance and comprehensive support to those individuals who are facing a crisis. By actively collaborating with local organizations, healthcare providers, and law enforcement entities, we aim to help create a safer and more resilient community for everyone involved. Our commitment to this cause reflects our dedication to the well-being of our residents and the overall health of our community.
